Our futsal methodology is based on 6 key principles that seek to promote the comprehensive development of players, improving technical, tactical, physical and mental skills, all in a dynamic and high-intensity environment.
Conditioning training. (U14-16)
pecific physical training for football focuses on improving performance on the field, preventing injuries and ensuring that players can maintain a high level of play for the entire 90 minutes. That is why we have structured this program into 6 main methods: Aerobic Resistance - Strength and Power - Speed ββand Acceleration - Mobility and Flexibility - Functional training - Recovery and injury prevention.
